When will my order ship?
All orders placed that are non-freight shipments, will be packed carefully and shipped out 1-2 business days after the order is placed. If you order before 4PM Central Time Mon-Fri, your order will ship out same day!
Freight Shipments require 3-5 business days before being sent out.
Can I pick up my item locally?
Of course you can! Any item for sale is always able to be picked up locally for free. No charge whatsoever to pick up an item locally!
The item received is not what I ordered. What do I do?
We work hard to deliver your items safely and accurate, but errors do happen.
Orders can be returned or fully refunded within 30 days of purchase, providing they are in original resalable condition that they shipped out as. All items sold are marked with special hidden markings to prevent fraudulent returns.
